Kitchen: A wonderful oak kitchen with granite work surfaces with microwave, dishwasher, large larder fridge and a table that seats six. Large glass doors overlook the pool area, and there is a large plasma TV showing SKY channels.
Drawing Room: A relaxed, air conditioned open plan area with a 42" plasma TV showing SKY channels. There is also a B&O sound system and a collection of Cd's. Large patio doors lead to the terrace and views of Cannes Bay.
Lounge and Dining Room: A formal area adjacent to the Drawing Room with sofa's and dining table that seats six. This area is also air conditioned and leads to the balcony via patio doors.
Master Bedroom: Located on the first floor with super king size bed, en-suite bathroom, 42" plasma TV showing SKY, large wardrobes and a terrace with breathtaking views of Cannes.
Bedroom 2: A ground floor room with king size bed, en-suite, triple wardrobe, private terrace and dining area.
Bedroom 3: Located on the first floor with king size bed, en-suite and access to terrace and garden.
Bedroom 4 and 5: Both rooms are on the ground floor and have twin beds, en-suites and wonderful views.
Pool & Garden area: There is an additional kitchen/laundry area next to the pool which is ideal for fixing drinks and light lunches. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The pool is 13m long and has the sun for most of the day and is equipped with sun loungers on the terrace. The gardens are beautifully landscaped with a number of different seating areas for relaxing with your glass of wine or cocktail!
Rates for 2010:
May, June and September: £4,900 per week.
July and August: £5,900 per week.
These rates include linen and towels, weekly and departure clean, and edf / utilities.
