This provides the perfect place from which to enjoy the fresh French air and to enjoy alfresco dining, having the benefit of a large built in barbecue with chimney.
The terrace is where the family can really come together, sharing meals or simply lying on the sun lounges reading or enjoying the sunshine and stunning views. For the more active the terrace below 
has a large and sunny swimming pool again, a perfect spot for catching the sun.

The picturesque village of Biot is the perfect base for your holiday on the Cote d'Azur. Biot has a number of bars and great restaurants as well as bakeries, office du tourism and some lovely shops.
Situated at the heart of the French Riviera it's a simple 10-12 minutes drive to the coast and the famous beaches of the Garoupe or Juan les Pins. and perfectly located for exploring some of the wonderful villages such as Mougins, St Paul, Valbonne and Grasse. Cannes is approximately 15 minutes by car.
During the winter, the house is within a 1.5hr drive to the slopes of Valberg, Auron and Isola 2000 ski stations.
A little further away you may wish to drive along the Moyenne Corniche, one of the most beautiful coast roads in Europe and visit Monaco or a little further on into Italy.
With local markets in Biot and Valbonne, numerous golf courses and Marine Land only 5 minutes away for the children, this location cannot fail to provide something for every member of the family!
The property has 5 bedrooms and lovely spacious bathrooms finished to a very high quality.
Rates for 2010:
May, June and September: 4,000 € per week.
July and August: 5,250€ per week.

Weekly and Departure clean charged additionally and paid locally to housekeeper.
