PREMIER ELITE COLLECTION

This spacious six bedroom villa is located on the West side of Cap d'Antibes in a quiet residential area. It is perfectly located just 3 minutes walk from the famous La Garoupe beaches, and just 10 minutes from the Salis beaches.

The landscaped garden is on one level and surrounds the pool and large terraces with mature trees. The villa has a full alarm system with security cameras as well as WIFI and a garage.

Accommodation:
- Entrance hall with guest toilet.
- Double sitting room over looking pool with separate television area, open fire, DVD and hi-fi system.
- Dining room.
- Fully equipped kitchen with electric and gas oven, microwave, dishwasher, large American style fridge. Also a laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer.
- Master Bedroom: located on the second floor with Double bed, lounge and office area, dressing room, private terrace with sea view, en-suite with Jacuzzi.
- Bedroom 2: On the first floor with Double bed and en-suite with shower and bath.
- Bedroom 3: On the first floor with twin beds.
- Bedroom 4: On the first floor with a Double bed and views over garden
- First floor bathroom.
- Bedroom 5: On the first floor with a Double bed, dressing room and en-suite.
- Bedroom 6: On the ground floor with Double bed, study area, terrace and en-suite shower room

Rates 2010: (Minimum two week rental)

June and September: 13,500 per week.

July and August: 14,500 per week.

Weekly cleaning and Departure clean charged additionally and paid locally to housekeeper.

Linen and towels charged at 50 per person, per week.

edf / Utilities charged on departure.
