This beautifully presented family villa with 5 bedrooms and independent studio is perfectly situated, only minutes from the beaches and water sports, the old town of Antibes and just a short drive from the lively town of Juan-les-pins.
The lovely living facilities consist of a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, outside covered terrace for eating and an independent studio. There are 5 bedrooms (3 with large double bed) and 3 bathrooms. There is air conditioning in the upstairs bedrooms. Outside there is an outdoor summer kitchen with barbecue, private swimming pool and beautiful landscaped, sunny gardens with a view of the sea through the trees.
Rates 2010: (Minimum two week rental)
June and September: 6,750€ per week.
July and August: 8,500€ per week.

Weekly cleaning and Departure clean charged additionally and paid locally to housekeeper.
Linen and towels charged at 50€ per person, per week.
edf / Utilities charged on departure.
