Both the bright and spacious kitchen with it's calm and relaxing interior, and elegantly furnished living room, have French doors leading onto a sunny terrace with covered outside eating area, all overlooking the swimming pool.
The sunny south west garden means you can enjoy the sunshine all day and into the evening. The garden is planted with tropical plants and palms and provides a restful haven of peace and quite.
Mar y sol is the perfect holiday property. 100m from the sandy Salis beaches or just a couple of minutes by car to the famous Garoupe beaches with it's water-sports and beach restaurants. With Antibes a short walk away with it's many restaurants and shops, or a little further along the promenade to old Antibes with it's narrow streets and daily market all just a short stroll.
Cannes with it's designer shops, and long sandy beaches is an easy 10-15 minute drive or short train journey away, Nice with it's famous promenade and lovely old town is 15 minutes. Within an hour you can be in St Tropez, Monaco or Italy.
There are numerous ancient villages to visit, St Paul de Vence, Mougin, Grasse, Biot or Cap d'Ail, Eze, Beaulieu sur Mer, all just a short drive away.

Sitting room with French doors to Garden. Large open plan living and kitchen area with table seating 10 people. Double French doors leading to garden and swimming pool. Master double bedroom with bathroom en suite, two further double bedrooms en suite and two large twin rooms both en suite.
Facilities: Hall with large inner hall leading to a bright and elegant open plan Living room and Dining Room spanning the entire width of the villa with four sets of arched doors leading onto the sunny terrace and roman style swimming pool.
Modern fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, dishwasher and microwave. Laundry Room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Feature twisted staircase within the tower leading to the Master bedroom with dressing area and large bathroom with a free standing bath, a walk in shower, double basins and a balcony.
Bedroom 2: with four poster bed, shower room, toilet en-suite and terrace.
Bedroom 3: with twin beds, balcony, shower room en-suite toilet.
Bedroom 4: with twin beds and en-suite.
Downstairs there is also a shower room and separate guest toilet.
