Le Royal Palm is a very exclusive private domain located in La Bocca which is just 3km from the centre of Cannes. It has the benefit of a full time guardian on site and is approximately 25 minutes from Nice International airport, on one of the most beautiful bays in the world. Royal Palm offers a superb vantage point over the Mediterranean. Approximately a 5 minute drive or a 25 minute walk along the promenade brings you to the harbour and the Croisette in Cannes.
This is a wonderful location and provides a perfect base for both relaxation and exploration. With Cannes and La Napoule within a short distance, Antibes, Cap d'Antibes and Juan-les-pins are all just a short drive away.
Accommodation: A superb two bedroom apartment located on the second floor with stunning views across the pool and beach opposite. The open plan kitchen and living room is bathed in natural light from the windows and patio doors which lead on to the corner balcony. The bath room has a large shower and basin with storage underneath. There is a seperate toilet. The master bedroom and twin bedroom have built-in wardrobes and views over the pool.
Facilities: Dishwasher, Washing Machine, TV with DVD player, cd player. Guardian on site. Gardens with large pool separated into three different sections. Pier and beaches opposite. Secure parking and air conditioning.
Rental: Professionally managed accommodation presented to the highest standards. Professionally laundered bedding and towels. You will be met by housekeeper on arrival.
All rates include Linen and Towels on arrival. Departure clean is additional and paid locally.
Rates for 2010:
- June / Sept - FROM 1,150€ per week
- July / August - FROM 1,350€ per week
- WEEKS FROM 700€ AVAILABLE TO RENT ALL YEAR
