In front of the sea in a building of great standing with guardian is our splendid and spacious 3 bedroom apartment with the advantage of lovely sea views.
Positioned close to the famous Cannes Casino the property is conveniently situated being just a short stroll to the square at Palm Beach with it's bakeries and restaurants. The beaches and water sports of Palm Beach are just opposite.
The centre of Cannes and the Palais de Festivals can be reached along La Croisette which would be approximately 10-12 minutes by foot or just a few minutes on one of the frequent buses which run along La Croisette. This well situated apartment provides a very luxurious residence from which to attend the festivals or family holidays in Cannes, and is the perfect sea front base from which to enjoy and explore enjoy the Cote d'Azur. The apartment has private parking.
The 4th floor apartment has recently been refurbished throughout to a very high standard and provides bright and spacious living accommodation suitable for both holidays and festivals.

Amenities
The apartment is situated on the famous Croisette close to Palm Beach. Within easy walking distance is the square at Palm Beach which has bakery, pharmacy and restaurants. Cannes centre is approximately 12-15 minutes stroll along the promenade or alternatively a few minutes on one of the many request busses. Here you will find wonderful shops, numerous superb restaurants, doctors, pharmacies etc. Cannes also has a wonderful daily market. Beaches and water sports on Palm Beach just a couple of minutes walk. Also beaches and water sports in central Cannes. Boating trips and Palais de Festival all within 15minute stroll. Golf-numerous, ask for details.

La Residence is very well situated for exploring the Cote d'Azur.
Cannes with it's beaches and famous Croisette just a few minutes.
Antibes and Nice are just a short car journey.
Monaco with it's famous palace and casino (boat trips or train from Cannes)
Valbonne, Mougin, Grasse, St. Paul de Vence, Eze, Cap d'Antibes, Juan-les-pins, St. Tropez, Cap Farrat, Italy, all within approximately 1 hours drive or less.

Dear Tally, We have just returned from a glorious two weeks at La Residence de France. We did not want to come home! The apartment is very lovely and in a superb location. We discovered a wonderful private beach directly opposite the apartment where we spent many an hour. The restaurant here was superb and we would highly recommend it. We ate several times in Palm square which we found to be very convenient. When we could drag ourselves from the beach we would venture into Cannes which we truly loved! The apartment was spotless and the housekeeper most helpful.
