Our job is to find the perfect property. Our search is tailor made to exactly suit your requirements, saving you vast amounts of time, wasted journeys, money and effort.
We proactively work on your behalf. Our aim is to ensure that the entire process goes as smoothly and hassle free as possible, from search to completion.
Our Services
- Initial Consultation: We learn and discuss your unique and specific requirements and ascertain your exact property needs enabling us to compile an extensive search brief tailor made for you.
- Search: From this information we are able to start our property search which will take approximately 3 weeks. We proactively source property both advertised and, through our network of agents on the Cote d'Azur, are also often able to obtain pre-market access to properties. We will then compile an extensive list of property details to discuss with you, enabling us to compile a shortlist of properties.
- Viewing and Report: Upon completion of the shortlist Elegant address will visit the chosen properties in France on your behalf providing you with detailed reports and pictures, gathering as much information as possible enabling you to have a good understanding and feel for each property. Even after our shortlist is completed we will continually search the property market for any new properties and notify you weekly of our progress.
- France Visit: After discussions with you, we will arrange a schedule which is most convenient for you, taking into consideration home and work commitments. We will arrange in advance appointments with agents and provide you with a detailed viewing schedule before we leave the UK so you will know exactly what to expect while over in France. We will accompany you on viewings ensuring that you see all of the properties which we have discussed, and help and advise you on both the property and area.
- Negotiation: France's multiple listing system means it is not uncommon to find the same property with several agents and several different listings We will ensure that the property is being sold at the best price, and negotiate further on your behalf, saving you money, and often resulting in our service becoming self funding.
- Conveyancing: Once your property has had an accepted offer and the deal is agreed, Elegant address will work along side the agent in France, arranging the conveyancing and overseeing the entire purchasing process. Our aim is to ensure that the purchase runs as smoothly as possible.
