The Story Behind Elegant Address
We first decided to invest in the South of France seven years ago, as like many who visit the area, we fell in love with the glamour of the Cote d'Azur and rustic charm of the mountain villages.
Although this much sought after area was, and indeed still is, a highly investable region of France, our first foray into the local property market involved a 12 month exhausting and ultimately fruitless property search. It became apparent that the local agents simply weren't equipped to offer visitors a truly bespoke and efficient property finding service. Be it a high-end rental apartment, or a new build investment property - neither markets were being adequately catered for.
We couldn't understand how such a beautiful and upmarket location could be so lacking in these services and from this frustrating experience - our business was born.
We started our own portfolio 6 years ago and have never looked back. We now offer luxury property rentals in locations we believe are unrivalled in the South of France, as well as providing a truly bespoke and confidential property finding service designed to meet the needs of our discerning clients.
As established consultants we believe we have untangled some of the mystery surrounding the property market in the South of France and have given it an elite service which has opened up this charming location to visitors and investors outside of France.
